Bio
I am a coach, Advanced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. With over 15 year's experience of working as a neuro diversity coach and 5 year's integrating powerful tools of EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, I am pleased to be offering these services to a wider audience.
Through my own personal journey of yoga and martial arts I have gained a deeper understanding of how the body and mind have an integral relationship. EFT and Matrix reimprinting helps people to understand about themselves, their body and where they may unconsciously be holding themselves back from achieving their full potential.
EFT and Matrix Reimprinting (tapping) are powerful tools which can help people unlock their core beliefs to move past these into a more aligned version of themselves.

Education
Level 5 ILM coaching and mentoring

I'm an experienced workplace coach with 15 years' experience. In 2022 I obtained my ILM level 5 in coaching and mentoring to demonstrate this ability which is continuing to grow in strength. Having various other qualifications such as Neurodiversity in the Workplace coaching, NLP and CBT elements has meant that I have a wealth of tools to draw from.
EFT and Matrix Reimprinting
Jan 2019 - May 2024
I qualified as an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner in 2019. I have more recently become an advanced practitioner to gain an even deeper understanding of EFT and its applications. I have been using these powerful modalities with excellent results in my coaching work and excited to offer this to a wider audience. I also can use Past Life Reimprinting to support people who may have experiences beyond this lifetime.
