Bio
I am a coach, Advanced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner.
Finding my path to self-development following a challenging early start in life, I discovered the healing power of the body through martial arts and movement. Taking deep dives into meditation, exploring offerings of reiki, yoga, shamanic practices I have a lived experience of how the body and mind have an integral relationship. My work delving into EFT and Matrix Reimprinting (tapping) came about when I had another traumatic experience in life and this modality was one that changed how I integrated somatics into my life and subsequently work. These are powerful tools which can help people unlock their core beliefs to move past them into a more aligned version of themselves.
My personal experience, plus nearly 30 years' experience of supporting people through challenges, has given me the privilege to live the life a younger me could not imagine...and it is with great delight I can share this with the world.
Education
Level 5 ILM coaching and mentoring

I'm an experienced coach with over 15 years' experience. In 2022 I obtained my ILM level 5 in coaching and mentoring to demonstrate this ability which is continuing to grow in strength. Having various other qualifications such as Neurodiversity in the Workplace coaching, NLP and CBT elements has meant that I have a wealth of tools to draw from.
EFT and Matrix Reimprinting
Jan 2019 - May 2024
I qualified as an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner in 2019. I have more recently become an advanced practitioner to gain an even deeper understanding of EFT and its applications. I have been using these powerful modalities with excellent results in my coaching work and excited to offer this to a wider audience. I also can use Past Life Reimprinting to support people who may have experiences beyond this lifetime.
